The expansive grounds offer a variety of outdoor activities. In winter, the landscape transforms into a serene wonderland for quiet reflection, winter hikes, and cozy fireside moments under the stars.  In warmer months, enjoy hiking trails, scenic walks through wildflower-filled meadows, apple picking and much more.

There are daily activities scheduled on property, all of which are included free of charge for guests. This includes creative classes in our art studios, yoga classes in our movement studio, goat hikes, forest walks and more.

Our Restaurant

Our three meal period restaurant is the heart of our main building. With a fresh and exciting menu that changes frequently, our offerings aim to nourish, heal and energize you for your day. Be seated inside the dining room or outside on our wraparound dining porch with beautiful mountain views.

When not in service, Bittersweet serves as an extension of our public space for our guests, offering a quiet and reflective corner to journal, read or draw. Teas and refreshments are always offered and snacks are put out in between meals to keep you fueled.

Our Rooms

Hemlock Neversink offers a variety of accommodations designed to cater to diverse guest preferences, all featuring earth-toned, Quaker-inspired designs that promote relaxation and connection with nature. Our 33 rooms are outfitted with custom-designed furniture sourced from Portugal and thoughtful details aimed to offer simplicity, function and practicality for your stay.

Our Spa

Hemlock Neversink's wellness and spa offerings are designed to provide guests with a holistic and rejuvenating experience and using ingredients sourced through nature.

Guests can choose from a variety of treatments, including the Hemlock Signature Massage, which uses a blend of techniques to alleviate tension and promote relaxation. The Custom Facial is tailored to individual skin needs, enhancing complexion and vitality. The Detoxifying Water Ritual is the ultimate treatment for self-care, leaving you renewed and revitalized from within.

Our FAQs

Hemlock Neversink is open daily and year-round and is a place where seasons are fully embraced! We encourage our guests to arrive ready for outdoor activity regardless the date, whether to interact with our resident goats, to play tennis on our courts, wander our wooded trails or simply sunbathe on our sundecks and porches.

Our goats are sensitive to other animals, so please understand that we are not able to accommodate pets on this property. Stays are also exclusive for those guests 16+ with the exception of family weeks that we host from time to time.
