  • While we love our fur-friends, pets are not allowed at Hemlock Neversink. We will have our resident goats for when you need to squeeze in an animal therapy session.

  • Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 12pm. There are many activities to do if you decide to arrive early. Let us know your plan and we can help you plan accordingly.

  • Hemlock Neversink is 16 & up.

  • An 18% Resort Fee is applied to all room reservations, allowing us to offer all our amenities & activities at no additional cost. This includes your goat visits & hikes, all group movement and yoga classes, our arts & craft and other recreational activities and access to all of the spa facilities throughout your stay.  Most importantly, it allows us to provide our staff with fair and stable wages and no additional gratuities will be necessary or expected. Any add-on spa services, private activities, food packages and alcoholic beverages will automatically add the service charge and applicable tax to the quoted price. 

  • All reservations require an advance credit card deposit of 50% of your total stay at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to check-in and will be charged to the card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made.

    For cancellations made at less than 7 days prior to 3pm(EST) on the day of your scheduled arrival date, your advance deposit will be forfeited. This cancellation policy also extends to changes in your arrival or departure date that lead to a shorter stay. Please note that refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or early departures.

  • Yes, we have charging stations.

  • Transportation from nearby bus stations is available for an additional charge.  Let your relaxation start from the moment you disembark. 

    Closest Bus station to Hemlock Neversink is the Monticello ShortLine Terminal. Daily departures from Port Authority Bus Terminal available daily. More information can be found here.

  • The spa is open from 9am-7pm and services begin at 10am.

  • As a guest at Hemlock Neversink, you will have access to an indoor heated pool, hot tub, steam room, relaxation room as well as co-ed and gender specific locker rooms with saunas. The spa also offers a number of additional activities on property and dining at Bittersweet which is open to all guests.

  • Robes and slippers are provided for all guests to enjoy while lounging in the spa. While in the pool area, bathing suits are required. For our massage services, it is recommended to disrobe to your comfort level. Removing all of your clothing will allow for the most effective massage work, as you will be professionally draped with sheets and blankets for your comfort.

  • We recommend arriving approximately an hour before your service. Guests are welcome to extend their day at the spa and participate in other activities around the resort. Some fees may apply.

  • We offer prenatal massages for guests outside of their first trimester. Heat experiences such as sauna and steam room may not be recommended. Please check with your health care provider to make sure you are a good fit for spa services if you have any questions about your health.

  • Yes, we encourage you to take time for yourself to restore your body and mind, even just for the day.

    Our spa day pass includes your choice of either, a 60 minute Hemlock Signature Massage OR a Hemlock Custom Facial, as well as a welcome gift tote, lunch at our onsite restaurant Bittersweet & property access that includes complimentary admission to any of our yoga and fitness classes being offered on the day of your service.

  • Yes, we are now taking reservations for those that are looking to only have a spa treatment. For reservations, please call us at 845-985-1183 or email us at spa@hemlockneversink.com.

  • Yes! Lunch and dinner is available for outside guests. Call 845-985-1183 to make your reservation.

  • Yes, we have a great wine list and cocktail menu.

  • We can accommodate most of the dietary restrictions/requirements with advance notice.

  • While we are a plant-forward restaurant, we are not a vegan establishment. We offer meat from our local farmers, fish and dairy products. We can accommodate dietary restrictions and needs. Please send us any dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
