    Bibi Lorenzetti

    Bibi started teaching in 2008. She completed the Advanced A series of Ashtanga Yoga under the guidance of her Guru Sharath Jois and Eddie Stern and received her blessing to teach in 2014, at the then KPJAYI (Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute) in Mysore, India, where she has had the honor of assisting SharathJi many times over the years.

    After co-leading the Ashtanga Program at the Shala Yoga House in NYC with her teachers Kristin Leigh and Barbara Verrochi for years, she opened Newburgh Yoga Shala in the heart of the Hudson Valley, where she leads a Mysore program, Vinyasa classes, teacher trainings, workshops, retreats and private yoga sessions. Bibi is a dedicated student of the Vedic chanting tradition as taught by Shantala Sriramaiah, within the lineage of the Challakere Brothers, who hail from the Mysore lineage. She intends to share the transformative and healing practice of Yoga with you through accessible, intelligent, and adaptable instruction.

    Lance Parker

    Lance is a New York-based trainer that creates personalized solutions for athletes. He owns a high-performance coaching company, Parker Peak Performance, leads virtual classes on Tonal, and was a founding trainer at lululemon Studio where he instructed over 2,500+ classes.

    With his vast knowledge of advanced training methodologies, he guides his athletes toward achievable goals and success. He guides athletes of all abilities, focusing on optimizing his clients’ nutrition habits, sleep hygiene, movement, and mindset, among other areas of health. From enhancing strength and building endurance to encouraging strong mental fortitude, Lance addresses individual limitations and supports improvements at every level.

    Alex Tse

    Alex Tse (she/her/they/them) is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki II practitioner and movement instructor. Born, raised and currently based in the Hudson Valley, Alex acknowledges the unceded Munsee Lenape land they walk and serve upon.

    As a graduate of Pacific College of Health + Science, she incorporates Traditional Chinese Medicine with her knowledge of Western science, along with her studies of Ayurveda, Community Herbalism, and Aromatherapy. They teach Pilates and various styles of Yoga that include Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin and Prenatal.

    Alex has been consistently practicing yoga and meditation since 2013. Though her practice has shifted over the years, it has been a home base that she can always return to, and she hopes to help others cultivate rituals and routines that honor this commitment to self preservation. Alex strives to meet her students where they are at, and teaches from a trauma-informed perspective, bringing these ancient practices to communities and individuals in search of healing, connection and liberation.

    Helen Phelan

    Helen has been teaching movement in NYC for 10 years and is the founder of Women's Health Magazine FitTech award winning online pilates platform, Helen Phelan Studio. She is an ex professional dancer turned pilates instructor on both the mat and apparatus and a certified Institute of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She also holds certifications in functional anatomy for movement injuries, prenatal and postpartum corrective exercise, Intuitive Eating™, reiki, and TRX suspension training.

    Her classes are equal parts rigorous and restorative with muscle quaking Pilates sequencing paired with luxurious mobility work, so you walk out feeling both invigorated and grounded. She’s been recognized in press like InStyle Magazine, Bustle, Well + Good, MindBodyGreen, Huffington Post and more for her commitment to removing diet culture from the fitness industry and for her expertise in contemporary pilates. Off the mat, she's filling her camera roll with pictures of her rescue pup, clumsily learning to speak French, hoarding ceramic mugs, or hiking in the Catskills.

    Neverlost Adventures

    Hemlock Neversink has partnered with Neverlost Adventures to bring you mountain bike experiences on private trails in the middle of the Catskills. Offering consist of beginner adventures on wide, mostly smooth trails that allow you to stop and take in all the beauty of the property. For the more experienced riders that are looking for more of a workout while on their ride we offer different tempo/ effort rides that can add elevation and difficulty levels of trails. There is also everything in between. When you sign up for this activity just let us know your skill level and your intentions for your ride. That way we can pair you with the best guide and group of riders. Bring Your Own Bike!

    A Texas native living in New York City, Mikey is a Multi- hyphenated Actor, Singer, Dancer, Director, Choreographer and Fitness Instructor! Mikey has traveled all over the U.S as a performer and fell in love with Cardio Dance and 305 Fitness over 8 years ago!! Mikey's focus and soulful strength will motivate you to go the extra mile, even when you think you can't go any further. He brings a larger-than-life presence to everything he does! Helping others see the potential in themselves while working towards their goals. His creativity and infectious energy combined with his knowledge and skill make the perfect recipe for mind-over- matter BEAST work out mode!

    Raj Hathiramani

    Raj is a RRCA, USA Track & Field, and USA Triathlon certified coach and has been running competitively for over 20 years. He has completed over 80 marathons and ultra-marathons, winning races such as the Arizona Desert Classic Marathon, Arena Attack Indoor Marathon, RRCA National Championship 49K, and theSquatchapple 33 Miler. Raj is a coach at Mile High Run Club and volunteer coach at Achilles International, guiding visually impaired athletes in the NYC Marathon since 2011.

  • Forest Walk & Zazen Meditation

    A slow, mindful walk through the forest, basking in the sights, sounds & smells of the natural world. With a clear and present mind, we begin our journey inward with a mantra-based Zazen Meditation of the Zen Buddhist tradition. Defined as the art of seeing life as it is, Zazen Meditation is a simple and direct way to observe & discover your truest thoughts & feelings.

  • Breathwork & Yoga Nidra Meditation

    This open-level class utilizes breathwork techniques to steady the mind and bring our focus inward, followed by a Yoga Nidra meditation. Also known as yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is a systematic form of guided relaxation that brings you to a state of consciousness between waking & sleeping.

  • Vinyasa Flow

    This open-level vinyasa flow class links a series of postures with your breath and concludes with a brief guided meditation. This class is structured to be simple enough for beginning students, while also providing optional variations to challenge all levels and abilities.

  • Stretch

    Stretching sessions enhance flexibility, improve posture, and promote relaxation. These sessions are designed to alleviate muscle tension and promote a sense of well-being.

  • HIIT

    Open to all levels and abilities, this bodyweight (and shoeless) High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class is sure to get your blood pumping. Each class is designed to build strength and elevate your heart rate using short bursts of strength & cardio exercises followed by brief periods of recovery. A light stretch at the end of class rounds out the experience and helps your body assimilate the work put in.

  • Guided Hike

    We believe fresh air and a walk in the woods is good for the soul, year-round. Join us for a guided hike immersed in nature. Wear weather appropriate clothing and be prepared to walk approximately 3 miles.

  • Tabata & Strength

    Accessible to all bodies & ages, this bodyweight (and shoeless) Tabata & Strength class begins with a light warmup before getting into the heat-building Tabata - Bursts of high-intensity movement followed by recovery intervals, done at the ratio of 2:1 work-to-rest intervals. Following Tabata will be more traditional strength exercises to improve muscular strength.

  • Personal Fitness Training

    Our friendly, certified trainers offer tailored exercise routines to fit your individual pace and skill level, ensuring safety and correct form above all. Each session provides easy-to-follow techniques and a home training plan so that you can continue your practice after your visit to Hemlock Neversink for sustainable health.

  • Yin Yoga

    Yin Yoga is a slower paced, meditative style of yoga that gently holds each posture for a longer period of time. This aims to encourage a deeper stretch and release within the rarely-used connective tissues, often focusing on the hips, hamstrings, and upper body. Yin Yoga also teaches you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts, a wonderful practice for the mind. (60 min)
