WHAT TO EXPECT

Before

  • Prior to your arrival, one of our Experience Guides will reach out to all guests in your party to learn more about your goals with a simple five question survey.

  • From there, we’ll work with you to design your itinerary.

After

  • Upon arrival and after you’ve settled in, our Experience Guide will review your itinerary with you and make any changes you’d like.

  • See something else you like that you want to add? Or maybe you’d rather just relax without any plans? That’s fine too.

During

  • Our Experience Guides will check in with you after your stay if you have any questions or feedback. They’ll provide a few simple tips to help maintain the activities that made you feel your best while at Hemlock.

  • Our programs will continue to evolve as we grow, and we’ll be sure to stay in touch if we add something to our programming we think might be of interest.
