What to expect

Before

  • Two weeks prior to your arrival one of our Experience Guides will reach out to all guests in your party to learn more about your goals with an optional simple five question survey to kick start planning.

  • From there, we’ll work with you to design your optional itinerary.  And if you would rather leave it open until you arrive, then we will work with you upon arrival to make sure your days are filled with exactly what you want.

After

  • Upon arrival and after you’ve settled in, our Experience Guide can review your itinerary with you and help make any changes you’d like to make your days filled with exactly what you want.

  • See something else you would like to sign up for? Or maybe you’d rather just relax without any plans? That’s fine, too.

During

  • Our Experience Guides will check in with you after your stay if you have any questions or feedback.

  • Our programs are constantly changing, so we’ll be sure to stay in touch to keep you up-to-date.
