Booking deposits & payments

All reservations require an advance credit card deposit of 50% of your total stay at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to check-in and will be charged to the card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made.

Cancellation and Refund

For cancellations made at less than 7 days prior to 3pm(EST) on the day of your scheduled arrival date, your advance deposit will be forfeited. This cancellation policy also extends to changes in your arrival or departure date that lead to a shorter stay. Please note that refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or early departures.

gRATUITY & FEES

Hemlock Neversink's Administrative Resort Fee allows us to provide our staff with fair and stable wages. This 18% fee will be added at the conclusion of your stay and is only applied onto the per person room pricing of your stay.
